The village of Kardamili lies nestled in a valley of olive groves, right next to the sea. The breathtaking landscape enchants visitors from the very moment they set eyes on this beautifully unspoilt Greek village and the isle of Meropi, with its mystical ruins, the picturesque St. John’s Harbour, the white-pebble beach of Ritsa, and the old stone-houses with their red tile roofs colour the majestic landscape. At Katsouleas, you will find yourself facing the South Mediterranean’s marine-blue seas, right next to Meropi. From elevated balconies, verandas and outdoor areas, you can admire the views, take photographs, enjoy a drink or be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves from the nearby shore.
Katsouleas is the twin property of Alexandra. Following traditional building techniques, Katsouleas is a stone house that blends harmoniously with the local architecture and the rugged landscape that is characteristic of the Mani. The house is situated at 50 m from the shoreline. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace, spacious veranda, an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor where a spacious double bedroom features balconies with splendid sea views.
The villa can accommodate up to 4 or even 5 guests very comfortably and are equipped with full amenities: electric oven, refridgerator, air-conditioning (in the bedrooms), cooking utensils, dining table, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, bathroom sets and garden furniture.
